About Kennedy Dalton Psychotherapy
Paul and Aishling take a practical, grounded approach to psychotherapy and counselling. They focus on what is happening in your life right now and what will genuinely help. Working collaboratively, they “shine a light into the darkened corners” of your difficulties so that problems feel clearer, smaller and more manageable. Drawing on a toolkit of tried and tested methods, including CBT, integrative approaches and acceptance-based therapies, they tailor treatment to your needs rather than offering a one-size-fits-all model. Their style is warm, respectful and straightforward, with space for difficult emotions as well as honest conversation and gentle challenge. Over many years they have built a strong, credible track record of helping people reduce anxiety, cope with loss, manage mood, rebuild confidence and make meaningful, lasting changes in their daily lives. Clients often describe leaving sessions feeling lighter, more hopeful, and clearer about their next steps.
