Stress & Anxiety

Many clients seek our help because of the negative physical and emotional effects that stress has upon them and it is gratifying that some are referred to us by their GP or a friend who we have helped in the past.

Stress is a natural part of life but our ability to cope can fluctuate.   Whether it is the stomach-churning anxiety of coping with something we dread or a being faced with full-blown panic attacks, we can help you understand what is going on beneath the surface and assist you to learn ways of coping more effectively.

What Clients Say

“Before working with Paul. I found life very overwhelming and difficult...I’m delighted with the progress I’ve made. As well as the comfort and calm that I’ve brought into my life.”

“...I have had many therapy sessions with Paul and more recently with Aishling....They both guided me to look at issues from a different perspective which was always very helpful in getting myself “unstuck” and moving in the right direction again.  The professional and life experience of both Paul and Aishling made the experience of therapy relatable and it felt like a shared journey.”

“Paul's kind and gentle guidance has provided the tools and support I needed to take back my life from anxiety. I feel more confident, more relaxed, and I’ve learned how to take better care of myself
