Our Team

Paul and Aishling take a practical, grounded approach to psychotherapy and counselling. They focus on what is happening in your life right now and what will genuinely help.

Working collaboratively, they “shine a light into the darkened corners” of your difficulties so that problems feel clearer, smaller and more manageable.

Drawing on a toolkit of tried and tested methods, including CBT, integrative approaches and acceptance-based therapies, they tailor treatment to your needs rather than offering a one-size-fits-all model. Their style is warm, respectful and straightforward, with space for difficult emotions as well as honest conversation and gentle challenge.

Over many years they have built a strong, credible track record of helping people reduce anxiety, cope with loss, manage mood, rebuild confidence and make meaningful, lasting changes in their daily lives. Clients often describe leaving sessions feeling lighter, more hopeful, and clearer about their next steps.

TESTIMONIALS

“Paul has been instrumental in how I manage day to day, thanks to the  practical and factual CBT techniques he has taught me thus far. I feel much more in control and better equipped to handle life's challenges. I can't recommend Paul highly enough.”

“Spending an hour a week with Aishling while going through a tough break-up was one of the best investments I've ever made in myself. She helped me to see the bigger picture".

“I learned to be kinder to myself and look for other ways of thinking. It was not a lesson in the counselling room but something I could carry with me lifelong.  My life has improved in so many ways.”
