Grief, Loss & Bereavement

There are many kinds of loss - bereavement, loss of a marriage or significant relationship, loss of a job or career or perhaps your health or sense of independence.  Whether it was sudden or expected, it can have a profound effect on our bodies and minds for a long time.  It can affect our ability to cope and function. Sometimes we feel we will never be able to enjoy life again or feelings of incompletions or regrets can haunt us.

These are just a few examples of the kinds of loss we have helped clients work through. Using tried and tested techniques, we can offer a safe, supportive and informative place to explore what has happened, understand the effect it is having on you, and begin finding a way to live with the loss more gently.

What Clients Say

“I would have no hesitation in going back again myself in the future, if I need that external experienced and compassionate eye on whatever I am having difficulty with. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending both Paul and Aishling for support.”

"I was going through one of the hardest times in my life, and Paul's guidance was invaluable. In fact, his impact was so strong and I grew and changed so much whilst seeing him that I have just finished my own training as a therapist inspired by how much his therapy did for me."

“Spending an hour a week with Aishling while going through a tough break-up was one of the best investments I've ever made in myself. She helped me to see the bigger picture. It's great to know she's always there if I need to check in. She's lovely and very personable.”
